John Hamilton – Founder of Source and Love
John Hamilton has lived and breathed sales since the age of 16. Starting door-to-door, he quickly discovered that when people wouldn’t take him seriously face-to-face, he could still win their trust over the phone. That determination led him through wheel sales in the timeshare and boating industries, inside sales, and eventually into HVAC—a field where he built systems now used by technicians nationwide.
With over four decades of experience in sales and training, John has mastered the art of connection. His expertise isn’t in flashy scripts—it’s in NLP, framing better questions, and truly listening. He teaches sales professionals and technicians how to inoculate customers instead of handling objections, how to anchor themselves each morning with mindset rituals, and how to step into each call as if it were a stage—where they are the star, not the extra.
John’s training is built on a Lego-style system: simple, duplicatable, and retainable. It’s why hundreds of technicians he’s mentored have gone on to open their own businesses—and why he’s respected across industries as someone who not only knows sales, but knows how to pass it on.
At Source and Love, John’s mission is clear: to help people align their “why” with powerful, practical systems so they can build careers, businesses, and lives rooted in confidence, clarity, and purpose.Â

Beth Christo – Co-Founder of Source and Love
Beth’s journey began in hotel sales and management, where she was called on to breathe life into struggling properties. Her gift was seeing potential where others saw problems—turning underperforming hotels into thriving businesses by helping staff shift their mindset, build confidence, and reconnect with purpose. It was here that she first discovered how much success starts with attitude and communication.
That same passion carried into her 26+ year career in real estate. As a Realtor, office manager, trainer, and mentor, Beth has guided countless agents, helping them not only grow their businesses but also discover balance and fulfillment in their lives. Her heart has always been in teaching, encouraging, and walking beside others as they reach for something bigger.
Health and well-being are also central to Beth’s life. As a Certified Functional Nutritionist, she believes that caring for your body through daily movement fuels mental clarity, balance, and the energy to be successful in whatever path you choose. For her, lifelong learning and good communication aren’t just professional skills—they’re life values that create deeper connection, resilience, and joy.
When she isn’t working, Beth can be found on a hiking trail, in her art studio, or spending time with her beloved dogs. Her love of nature, creativity, and connection shines through in everything she does at Source and Love, where she inspires others to live fully, learn continuously, and create a life they truly love.
